Evaluation Criteria & Requirements
We're excited you're interested in joining Northeast Houston Aquatics! Swimmers will be evaluated by our coaching staff to determine team placement based on the following:
Evaluation Criteria
Swimmers will be assessed on:
- Technique, endurance, and speed in all four strokes:
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
Tryout Requirements
- Must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke unassisted
- Show basic proficiency in both freestyle and backstroke
- Come prepared with:
- Swimsuit
- Goggles
- Towel
