NEHA Annual Registration Fee
The current NEHA Team registration fee:

USA Swimming Annual Registration Fee
Three options for USA Swimming Registration
Premium membership:
$100.00 per swimmer
Seasonal membership:
$60.00 per swimmer
Flex membership (available only to swimmers 12 & under):
$30.00 per swimmer
Reserved only for swimmers that wish to compete in 2 OR LESS swim meets per year. These meets must be below LSC Championships, Zone, Sectional, and National levels.

*High School Team Swimmers – NEHA does offer reduced fees for high school swimmers when they go "in-season" at school since they can only attend a limited time (3 days a week) at the club team. This applies only to high school JV or Varsity swimmers while they are daily swimming and competing with their high school team. The in-season rate is $100 per month for 3 days a week and runs from August – February.

Meet Fees
Meet fees are billed separately and are based on both a $25 coaching fee and a per event fee established by the meet host.
Off-Campus PE
Currently we offer Off-Campus PE(OCPE) for Humble, Splendora and Conroe ISD. Hours required depend on the ISD and what you select with them. The range is 5-15 hours of practice per week. In addition to registration and monthly dues, there is an annual fee of $150 to participate in this program. If you are interested, please contact your counselor at your school. They will give you the necessary paperwork for NEHA to fill out and return.
NEHA swimmers are billed on a month to month basis.
NEHA Cancellation/Suspension
- Cancellations submitted on or before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of the current month. You will retain access to all membership benefits through the end of the month, and no further membership charges will be applied.
- Cancellations received after the 15th will result in one final charge for the following month. Your membership will remain active through the end of that billing cycle.
NEHA Reactivation Policy
Membership reactivations are welcomed but subject to availability and applicable fees.
Terms of Reactivation:
- Reactivation is subject to available space in our program or facility at the time of your request. We cannot guarantee immediate reinstatement.
- A
reactivation fee of $25 per family applies to all returning members.
- If space is available, reactivated members may resume access starting on the next billing cycle.
- Members who reactivate after 30 days may be subject to
current membership rates and updated terms.
- Prorated billing begins on the actual date of membership restatement.
